After following up on a link I found on www.digg.com, I found this website made by a guy in New Zeland who is like the master of the "Poor Man's WiFi" (A.K.A. Howto steal other guys' wifi without a US200 antenna haha)
After reading a while it seems as if this design works the best for the less money.
I have not tried yet but it looks like it should work pretty well...

I really liked this design made with a Chinese parabolic Cookware (Math geeks out there brush up those parabolic equations !)
